The Uncorked Wine Boutique is one of Rancho Santa Margarita’s best kept secrets! This cozy warm shop located in the heart of the El Paseo Town Center (next to Opah’s restaurant) is both a wine boutique and a tasting room. At Uncorked, we offer you a great selection of fine wines and wine accessories at excellent values. Come explore, discover, and enjoy some of the best wines in the world!

The primary focus of our wine collection is based on personally selected smaller wineries with limited production wines (and of course the classics). Uncorked is dedicated to being a relaxing conversation spot with a selection of great wines, food offerings and great conversation. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of elegance and style along with a knowledgeable and friendly staff to help make your evening enjoyable and entertaining.

Not a wine Connoisseur? Intimidated by those who are? Come into Uncorked and we’ll take you through a flight of wines and give you the basics. Our flights consist of three to four 3oz pours of wine ranging from $18 to $28.  We provide flights for every kind of wine drinker from the white, to the red and even the mixed palate.
