This is the tasting you’ve been waiting for. A rare chance to taste four great Cabernets and an exceptional Chardonnay from the legendary Oakville winery.

Nickel & Nickel was established in 1997 by the partners of Far Niente. Their wines are all 100% varietal, single-vineyard wines that express the unique terroir of each vineyard.

The Nickel & Nickel wines have been consistently rated in the 90’s and the 2006 vintage is an exceptional release. Nickel & Nickel Cabernet Sauvignons are big and bold, with high tannins that are balanced with concentrated flavors. These wines are meant to last for 20+ years in the cellar.

A Sunday in the Park” is the theme to reflect the original architect, Richard Reese’s vision of a community based on his favorite painting by impressionist Georges Seurat. The afternoon will feature wine tasting, an appetizer buffet, a display of the RSM’s history, raffle for prizes donated by local businesses, and special guests.

Opolo Vineyard Wines

Opolo Vineyard Tasting – Thursday June 10th 6:30pm-10:00pm

Opolo Vineyards is one of the most popular winery in the Paso Robles appellation. Located on the hilly Western Paso Robles, they are famous for their Zinfandel and Rhone blends.

Nearly all of Opolo wines are estate vintages, meaning that they are made from grapes grown by the winery. The central operation comprises of 98 rolling Westside vineyards in as idyllic a setting as the beautiful Paso Robles area offers.

We have selected six of our favorite Opolo wines for a special tasting this Thursday.

Jerry Wayne McFarland

We are very pleased to introduce Jerry Wayne McFarland to UnCorked.

Jerry is a guitarist and a vocalist who has performed throughout Southern California, both as a solo artist and with his band MacDaddy. He will perform a wide variety of styles from contemporary rock, folk rock, and jazz.

Ryan Heflin performs at UnCorked

Ryan Heflin will perform at UnCorked this Saturday, April 24th from 7:30pm to 11:00pm.

Ryan is a local artist currently residing in Laguna Niguel.  He will be performing a variety of music including classics such as Frank Sinatra standards and Beatles as well as more modern fare such as Dave Mathews and Maroon 5.  He will also be performing some of his own compositions.
