Your hosts, George and Eileen welcome you to UnCorked. The UnCorked Wine Boutique is one of Rancho Santa Margarita’s best kept secrets! This cozy warm shop located in the heart of the El Paseo Town Center is both a wine boutique and a wine bar. At Uncorked, we offer you a great selection of fine wines, wine accessories and gift items at excellent value. Come explore and enjoy some of the best wines in the world!

Our collection is focused on personally selected smaller wineries with limited production wines (and of course the classics). George & Eileen have tasted all of the wine offered at the bar and have personally visited many of the wineries. Our goal is to offer these great wines in a relaxing atmosphere along with light food and great conversation. We also offer live music on weekends to make your evening enjoyable and entertaining.

Not a wine Connoisseur? Intimidated by those who are? Well, We are Not A Wine Snob Bar! We offer a large selection of wines by the glass, flights of wines, and if you want to taste any of the wine in the shop, we are happy to open a bottle for you for a small service fee. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer your questions about wine and to select the wine best suited to your taste.
