Eno – Our New Bartender

UnCorked is proud to announce the newest member of our team, the EnoMatic Wine Serving System or “Eno” for short. Eno is a bartender extraordinaire! It is capable of pouring four separate wines in three precise measures – taste, flight, and a full glass pour.

More importantly, Eno knows how to pour these wines without exposing them to air. It utilize inert Argon gas to fill the bottle as it dispenses wine. A bottle of wine can be kept fresh for up to 15 days after opening. Best of all, Eno is very, very good looking!

So why should you care about “Eno”? The EnoMatic system allows us to pour ultra-premium wines such as Caymus, Silver Oak, and Cakebread on a regular basis at a price lower than anyone else. In addition, you will be able to purchase a 1 1/2 ounce taste pour of these premium wines at a modest price. We will rotate the premium wines on a regular basis so there will be always new famtastic wines for you to try.
