Schweiger Vineyards Lineup
This week we are featuring wines from the Spring Mountain – Napa boutique winery Schweiger Vineyards. Schweiger is known for their bold Cabernets and Merlots as well as full-bodied Chardonnay’s and bright and refreshing Sauvignon Blancs.
This week, we are also featuring a choice of two entrees:
Peppered Beef Tenderloin with Merlot sauce, served with small Walnut Raspberry Salad.
Pork Tenderloin with Chipotle Maple Mop served with Avacado Tomato Salad.

We are featuring the following five wines:
Schweiger Chardonnay 2007
Schweier Sauvignon Blanc 2007
Schweiger Merlot 2004
Schweiger Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Schweiger Port IV
The price for the wine tasting only is $25 per person.
The price for the wine tasting paired with the entree is only $35 per person.
In addition, all featured wines are available for purchase at 10% off our regular prices.
