One of our latest discoveries is a bold big Napa Cabernet that is only $20. Made by the venerable Bennet Lane winery using the same grapes that makes up their $35-$50 bottles, this Cabernet opens with intnese black fruit, bright cherry, & minerals. Background notes of cedar, sage and violets add to the complexity of the wine. On the palate the wine has good weight, with flavors of dark cherry, cocoa, and plums. The tannins are velverty and approachable, leading to a long elegant, fruit driven finish.

We introduced this wine last week and it has been extremely popular at the bar. We are featuring this wine all January and February so come by and check it out.
